Acquiring an edition grants a personal, non-transferable licence to view it through My Collection while your account remains entitled to that edition.

COPYRIGHT

All photography, writing and audio remain the property of THE HOUSE OF LEXI. Reproduction, redistribution or resale is not permitted.

RESTRICTED WORK

Editions marked PRIVATE EDITION are available exclusively to adults and require acknowledgement before viewing.

DIGITAL EDITIONS — PERSONAL VIEWING LICENSE

An acquisition gives you private viewing access to an edition through your account. It does not transfer the artwork itself, its copyright, or any reproduction rights.

  • Access is licensed to the individual purchaser, for personal viewing only.
  • Copyright in every edition remains with THE HOUSE OF LEXI and is not transferred by an acquisition.
  • Artwork may not be downloaded.
  • Artwork may not be copied or reproduced.
  • Artwork may not be redistributed or shared with another person.
  • Artwork may not be published or posted elsewhere.
  • Artwork may not be printed or reproduced physically.
  • Artwork may not be resold or sublicensed.
  • Artwork may not be used commercially.
  • Artwork may not be used as source material for another commercial work.
  • Written notes and audio reflections are subject to the same personal-use limitations.
